ARCA Resourcing is looking for an Embedded Recruiter to join our team and support a key client (confidential) in Illinois.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our client’s internal talent acquisition team, focusing on recruiting for high-demand manufacturing roles, including technicians, operators, and power & control positions.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand job requirements and drive recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Support high-volume recruitment needs, focusing on building a talent pipeline for niche technical and manufacturing roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the best candidate experience and quality of hire.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within manufacturing or technical roles).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and building lasting relationships.
• Availability to be based in Decatur, IL.
