LIMS Project/Programme Manager

ARCA’s specialist LIMS & Pathology IT division is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced LIMS Project or Programme Manager to support an upcoming NHS customer’s LIMS deployment.

As part of our dynamic team of LIMS experts, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of LIMS implementation—from high-level design through to testing, training, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full "cradle to grave" LIMS implementation cycle
• Ensure successful delivery from design phase through to post-go-live support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
• Provide expert guidance throughout testing and training phases

Requirements:

• Proven experience in LIMS implementations, particularly within the NHS or pathology sector
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (UK-wide) for key meetings and stakeholder engagements
